Avery Wellness will be closed from Monday, December 22nd through Friday, December 26th. Our office will resume regular hours on Monday, December 29th and Tuesday, December 30th, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. On Wednesday, December 31st, our office hours will be 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. We will observe the New Year's Day holiday on Thursday, January 1st and resume operations on Friday, January 2nd, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We wish you a happy holiday season.

As we approach the holiday season, please note that our office will be closed from December 22nd to 26th and will resume operations on Monday, December 29th. We kindly request that you review your medication supply and submit any necessary refill requests to us as soon as possible so we can expedite them promptly.

It’s open enrollment, and we would like to inform you that our credentialing remains unchanged. Therefore, the plans we participated in this year will remain the same next year. We are in network with all major carriers, although some carriers have a few plans with which we did not establish contracts. To confirm our network status, we recommend searching for Avery Wellness and/or Jennie Goodwin for the specific plan. For optimal results, please consult a professional insurance agent.
