In search for an exceptional caregiver/manager!

This person will lead, coordinate and supervise the care team while ensuring the highest level of care to the residents at our 6-resident max facilities while upholding licensing regulations.

12- and 24-hour shifts available. Competitive salary.

Requirements:

Physical and TB clearance
CPR certification
Fingerprint clearance from FBI & DOJ
(Work with demented, geriatric or disoriented residents preferred)
Strong written, verbal and listening communication skills
Excellent organization skills
Exhibit empathetic communication style with residents, families and co-workers
Able to read, write and understand English
Demonstrate passion and ability to work with the senior population and with people with Alzheimer's and other dementia related disorders
