Hey everyone, I know I have been struggling a bit with pain in my lower back. Nothing serious, just some muscle strain from yard work. But I've been working on finding some good stretches that will work. I found this one to be particularly helpful for my situation. Hope it helps you, but of course a visit to your massage therapist will do a world of good.

Many of us spend a lot of time hunched over our phones or computer screen. Or we do things like crocheting or sewing, or for me, basket making.

This can leave our shoulders and neck healing tense and sore. And it can be bad for our posture.

A lot of people complain of neck and shoulder tension. Of course massage therapy is great for that, and it's nice to have a session with a professional massage therapist, but did you know that you can work on your own shoulders and neck?
