Have a safe Christmas! So that our families can spend the Christmas holiday with their family, our office holiday hours will be:

• Closed on Wednesday, December 24th
• Closed on Thursday, December 25th
• Office will reopen on Friday, December 26th from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM for any urgent orthopedic needs.
• After Hours Clinic that afternoon will be closed on Friday, December 26th
• After Hours Clinic will reopen on Saturday, December 27th from 8:00 AM to 12 PM

The holidays are a time for giving, and our billing department truly embraces that spirit each year by adopting residents at Newnan Health & Rehabilitation. After residents create their Christmas wish lists, our team shops and wraps gifts to help make the season brighter. We are thankful for a billing staff that leads with compassion and brings joy to our community during the holidays.

This week Dr. David Heinsch put in the first Wright Medical Incompass Total Ankle Replacement in Georgia. The Incompass system combines the best parts of earlier designs into one device. It uses improved materials and tools to make the surgery easier and help patients heal better and have longer-lasting results.

Join us in congratulating Dr. George Ballantyne on his retirement. Dr. Ballantyne chose orthopedic medicine as a way to continue his association with sports and especially enjoyed working with athletes and providing coverage at the local high school games. He and his wife, Missy, have lived in Newnan since 1988, when he first started at PAPP Clinic. They have four children and ten grandchildren. Dr. Ballantyne plans to spend his retirement traveling and spending time with his family. We will miss you Dr. B!
