The holidays can be hard for so many reasons. Whether you’re feeling alone, overwhelmed, or just not okay, it’s okay to feel the way you do. You don’t have to carry it by yourself. Help is available, and you matter. 💙

đź’« Restore & Recenter is an invitation to pause during the busyness of the holiday season and
return to yourself.
This gentle, restorative class is designed to support mental and emotional well-being, offering
space to slow down, breathe deeply, and find steadiness amid the noise.
Through long-held, prop-supported postures, mindful breathwork, and intentional stillness, we’ll
create an environment of safety, presence, and rest. The focus is not on effort or achievement,
but on listening, softening, and allowing the nervous system to settle.
This class is beginner-friendly and accessible to all bodies. No prior yoga experience is needed.
You’ll be supported with plenty of props and guided with care, leaving you feeling grounded,
nourished, and gently re-centered as you move through the holiday season.

Sea glass is formed when people discard bottles and broken pieces of glass, and the ocean and the sand below work on it, by tossing it to and fro. After a time, those pieces become beautiful, smooth stones. We are a self-care center that provides an opportunity for people in our community to make time for themselves in healthy ways.

Jennifer Yaeger, Elizabeth Giles, Rachel Murell, and Tanya Petty are here to help you take the best care of yourself possible.
