Today we celebrate Sam and her 5-year recovery anniversary! Sam’s recovery journey is a testament to strength, perseverance, and a deep commitment to helping others find hope.

Her lived experience, compassion, and passion for working with people shine through in everything she does, and her impact is felt across our programs and throughout our community.

We had a great time attending the 5th Annual Nonprofit Summit hosted by Caring Communities Foundation. It was another inspiring year of learning, connection, and conversations with nonprofit professionals from across the region.

It supports those continuing their education while carrying lived experience with substance use, either personally or within their family.

It is one small way we honor Sebastian’s life and continue his legacy.

🎉 Celebrating 7 Years of Shelly Arnold! 🎉

Today we’re celebrating Shelly Arnold and her 7-year work anniversary!

As our CFO, Shelly oversees the financial and operational side of the organization with precision, integrity, and a deep commitment to supporting the work being done every day. From budgets to systems to the details no one sees, Shelly keeps everything on track.

Shelly was also named Ally of the Year last year, a well-deserved recognition for her leadership, dedication, and constant support of both the mission and the people behind it.

She works closely with Hank, our Director (and her husband), helping keep things organized, grounded, and, by her own account, keeping him in line, all while raising Lincoln, the cutest boy anyone has ever seen and our official emotional support baby. 🥰

And full transparency, Shelly is temporarily helping with social media, so yes… she did write this post. 😉
