People ask us all the time, “How can acupuncture help with numbness?”

First, we take time to figure out what’s really going on—both from an anatomy perspective and through a Traditional East Asian Medicine diagnosis.
⭐️If you have an MRI, X-ray, or other test results, feel free to bring them in. They can give us extra insight and help us tailor your care to what your body actually needs. 🧐

From there, we focus on precise needle placement. Acupuncture isn’t random—we place needles in very specific points to help the problem area “wake up,” improve circulation, and support healthier nerve and muscle function. There’s also plenty of research showing acupuncture can be effective, which is why we’re so intentional about how we treat. 🌿✨

And when it’s helpful, we add hands-on manual therapy techniques to release tight tissue and adhesions, improve mobility, and help everything communicate and move more freely again. 💆🏻‍♀️
