This is something I hear every single detox.

When we remove inflammatory foods and support the liver + gut, the body responds quickly — not because it’s “fixed overnight,” but because we finally stopped working against it.

I’m close to wrapping up our wellness program detox, and one of the things I committed to was something most people don’t think about… detoxing from screens.

Not just food, but the constant stimulation, notifications, and late-night scrolling that quietly drain our nervous system.

Over the past few weeks I’ve focused on a few simple shifts:

More nature, less stress
More plants, less processed
More being, less doing
More sleep, less screens

And the difference is noticeable.

My sleep is deeper.
My mind feels clearer.
