We love using the ring for an added challenge, to provide support in various stretches, & to help find the connection to the powerhouse 💪 Here are 8 of our favorites:

7 (Ladder Barrel) Swans a-swimming🦢

We love how the Ladder Barrel provides support for the different spinal shapes. Swan can be found throughout the Pilates system across the apparatuses, but this one is definitely one of our favorites🤍

4 Tower Springs, strong & controlled✨

Taylor show us here how to utilize the Reformer & Tower Springs at once. The leg springs & arm springs provide a unique challenge to exercises like leg series, chest expansion, & bicep curls. She makes it look easy, but we can promise you it’s not💪

Day 3: Cadillac— some say it looks like a medieval torture device🙈 but we say it’s like an adult playground! It is extremely versatile— allowing for rehabilitative & restorative exercises as well as acrobatic & athletic ones.

Here are three of our favorite classic Pilates exercises done on the Caddy🤍
• Single Leg Circles: an exercise done on the Mat that benefits from the added resistance and feedback of the leg springs.
• Single Straight Leg Stretch: another mat exercise that can be transferred to the Cadillac with the assistance of the Push Through Bar, giving you something to press into to help find the lift of the shoulder blades.
• Hanging Pull Up: a full body challenge that works grip strength & spinal mobility
