Paradigms New HIIT Class!!
We incorporate Boxing, Cross-Training, HIIT, Functional Weight Training, Yoga, Stretch Core Training, and more.
With pre-programmed workouts each week, we will intentionally build on exact movement/ muscle group for 6-8 weeks.
Overall Physical Health is the goal, Strength, Endurance, Stability, Movement, and Function will all be addressed during our workouts.
