Some people backpack Europe, Konsti and me “frontpack!” 😉🦘♥️

8 flights, 4 trains, 5 cities and 2 countries! 9 hr time change. Mechanical delays, missed connections, layovers and lost baggage 😂🙇🏻‍♀️ Through it all this kid never had a single melt down! 🤯

Those of you that have taken my class know that travel has always been a huge part of my life and a source of inspiration for my teachings - from standing in line for a handbag in Paris to getting 4 speeding tickets in Morocco 😂🤦🏻‍♀️ hahah I can connect anything to Yoga. 🙃

For me, when I travel physically…I travel within myself and always come home a different person. 🙏🏻

The easiest meditation I’ve ever practiced - I stare at him all day (everyday 😅) and my mind never wanders. ♥️🤌🏻✨

Konstantin Split Koettig born 4.23.22 at 6:22pm (our wedding anniversary is 6.22, so in the end he was absolutely right “on time.” 🙃🙏🏻✨)

Konstantin means “steadfast, firm, stable” which are qualities that I truly admire and ones that come so naturally to my husband. 😌♥️

May our son be true to his name and inherit from his father the character of always moving forward in life at a steady, consistent pace - not too quickly while also never dwelling on the past.

May he find his stability by firmly standing in who he is…always.♥️🙏🏻✨
