Big news for Californians: SB 729 is changing the landscape for fertility care. Starting January 1, 2026, many large-group health plans must cover infertility diagnosis, medication, and importantly — IVF. 💙

Eligible plans will cover up to 3 egg retrievals + unlimited embryo transfers.

The law is inclusive — same-sex couples, single parents, and LGBTQ+ patients are covered under its broadened definition of infertility.

And you don’t pay more out-of-pocket than for other medical services: cost-sharing for fertility care must be on par with standard health benefits.

Heads up: The mandate starts when plans renew on or after Jan 1, 2026 — so approval depends on your plan year.

💡 If you’ve been waiting, now may be the time to explore your fertility options. At Labryo Fertility, we’re ready to help you navigate this new landscape.
Book a consult, ask about coverage, and let’s make your family-building dreams more accessible.

The holidays are meant to be warm—but words matter more than ever this time of year. 🤍

For many individuals and couples navigating infertility, family gatherings can be emotionally heavy. A single comment—often meant with love—can unintentionally hurt.

This season, let’s choose compassion over curiosity, listening over advice, and presence over platitudes.

If you’re unsure what to say, this always works:
“I’m here for you.”

At Labryo Fertility, we see you. During the holidays—and every day.

What you eat won’t “fix” fertility — but it can support healthier eggs and a stronger reproductive foundation.

Certain foods may increase inflammation or disrupt hormone balance, which can influence egg development. The goal isn’t restriction — it’s awareness, balance, and giving your body the environment it needs to thrive. 🌿✨

At Labryo Fertility, we take a holistic approach to care: advanced science, thoughtful guidance, and support for your entire well-being.
If you’d like personalized recommendations, our team is always here to help you navigate your fertility journey with clarity and compassion. 💙

Did you know your diet can also help boost s***m health? 🧬✨

Here are a few fertility-friendly foods worth adding to your meals:
🥦 Leafy greens (folate for DNA protection)
🍊 Citrus fruits & berries (vitamin C for motility)
🐟 Fatty fish (omega-3s for s***m function)
🥜 Nuts & seeds (zinc + antioxidants)
🌾 Whole grains & legumes (selenium + testosterone support)

Every bite matters when it comes to supporting fertility, and the good news is, small, sustainable changes can make a real difference. 💛

When it comes to fertility, s***m health plays a big role, and diet can make a real difference. 🥗✨

🚫 Processed meats
🚫 Trans fats & fried foods
🚫 Excessive soy
🚫 Sugary drinks & junk food
🚫 Too much alcohol

These foods, especially in excess, can lower s***m quality and make conception more difficult.

✅ The good news? Focusing on whole, nutrient-rich foods—like fruits, veggies, fish, and whole grains—can help protect and boost s***m health.

Because when you’re planning for a family, every little choice adds up. 💛

We are so happy for this couple, and can’t imagine their journey and the hurdles they’ve had to jump through. The partner of this 21 year old was diagnosed with cancer during his teenage years, and decided to freeze his s***m before cancer treatment.

Once they’re in a good place, the patient had 22 eggs retrieved, 15 of them developed into blastocysts, with 7 euploids. They had one transfer and became pregnant. The first photo is an ultrasound of their pregnancy, and we honestly can’t be more proud and happy for them!
