Dr. Batniji is board certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery as well as the American Board of Otolaryngology. He limits his practice exclusively to facial plastic and reconstructive surgery. The most common surgical procedures Dr. Batniji performs include rhinoplasty, revision rhinoplasty, facelift, necklift, and blepharoplasty. As well, he performs reconstructive surgery, including skin cancer reconstruction, laceration repairs, and facial fracture repairs.

Happy Monday! 🙌🏼 Let’s talk about upper blepharoplasty (upper eyelid) done here in office.

Some of my patients choose to have their upper blepharoplasty done right in the office - fully awake but completely comfortable and numb. We use local anesthesia to gently numb the eyelids, so they don’t feel any pain, just a bit of light pressure or movement during the procedure. It’s a great option for patients who want a smooth recovery and to avoid going under general anesthesia.

The entire process is surprisingly quick, and most people are amazed at how easy it feels. Afterward, they head home the same day with minimal downtime and the excitement of knowing their eyes are about to look refreshed and more awake. 👏🏼
