This is a life changing transformation and we only did the front 4 teeth!

This fabulous patient wanted to enhance her smile. She had a lot discoloration- She had 4 front teeth with decay, and wasn't happy with the appearance of her smile.

While we could have really made a huge difference by changing out her other restorations on the top, she didn't want to. She wanted to keep her other restorations and make her 4 front teeth match what she currently had.

So we removed the decay and completed 4 front crowns for her and look how beautifully they blend in!

I've seen it thousands of times. Give a patient a smile they love and they actually smile more often and smile bigger. They feel more confident and they actually show up like a better version of themselves!

This life changing transformation was completed using 8 a combination of porcelain veneers and porcelain crowns. Updating the shape, size, length, and color of the teeth.

This patient had a crown in the front she was unhappy with. She felt it was discolored. She wasn't happy with the length of her teeth and how worn down they were.

She wanted a smile that would allow her to smile confidently.

You can see that they are white but not too white. The right amount of translucency. They look think and absolutely beautiful!

Short or small teeth? Sometimes it's because your tooth structure that should be exposed is actually covered by extra gum tissue.

I love utilizing a laser to remove some of that tissue to reveal the beautiful tooth structure underneath.

In this case a created a more symmetrical and harmonious smile.

Full mouth reconstruction for this beautiful patient to transform her smile and make her look younger, feel more confident, and give her a smile that stands out and blends in all at the same time.

You can see how in the before photo the mixture of colors between her natural teeth and crowns really draws your attention.

In the after photo everything looks much more harmonious, the shape and size of the teeth fit within the frame of the lips, the color is enhanced- white but not too white.

The transformation was done with esthetic crown lengthening first. Followed by a combination of porcelain crowns, porcelain veneers, implants, and porcelain bridges to completely enhance this patients smile.

These types of transformations bring youth and vitality to the entire face!

SOUND ON FOR THIS ONE! - The greatest feeling is hearing happy patients tell us how we have changed their lives.

It NEVER gets old.

I was listening to some phone calls to the office and I came across this call from a patient I saw a day earlier and it made my day.

Changed out these old porcelain veneers for a new set that looks lovely on this patient.

Notice the enhancement in color, notice how much softer the anatomy is on the front surface of the tooth, and notice the natural translucency throughout the new porcelain veneers.

This patient didn't like how short her veneers were and she didn't like the color.

She wanted her smile to look more natural but wanted her teeth to have a better presence, and for the teeth to look bigger and be longer. I'm happy I was able to give her the improvements she so strongly desired! Notice how natural her smile looks in the after photo!

When I finally put in her permanent restorations she was so happy and said she couldn't wait to get home to her family and put lipstick on and show off her new teeth! I love and giving people the smile of their dreams😷

On a side note: it's important that your dentist tries in the restorations before permanently putting them on. Redoing cases can be expensive, and have higher risks. She could have avoided having her veneers redone if this step wasn't skipped!

HERE IT IS.... my very special Halloween inspired . It's so much fun giving my patients custom fangs for Halloween! 🎃 I have some patients that do it yearly and absolutely love it! ⁣

This patient was going to a Halloween party and came in specifically to get these fangs. He liked them so much he kept them on for an entire week! Eventually he returned to my office so I could remove them! Now he makes this a yearly part of his costume, and I love it!⁣

It's amazing what teeth can do for the face when they are in the right position.

This patient came to me for a small makeover and we accomplished what she wanted by doing Invisalign treatment. Notice how balanced the smile looks when all the teeth are in the right position.

Not only did the patient have a more aesthetically pleasing smile, but her teeth and gums will be healthier for years to come.

When your bite is balanced your teeth don't get worn as much. Also, the teeth are easier to keep clean, which leads to less decay, less chance for bone loss and gum disease.

If you look closely, you will also notice a missing tooth where we placed an implant. This was also part of the Saul makeover and will help support the teeth for years to come.
