Healthy fats are a must to stabilize insulin (blood sugar) & cortisol levels. Between my Balanced meals this is one of my favorite "Ketogenic Snacks.

It's also very important through your the day to hydrate adequately which can not occur by drinking water alone.

You'll only be Hydrating if you Hydrate with Water which includes appropriate amount of quality Minerals & Electrolytes.

Is Your Perception align w/ Your Reality?

Let's look at it a little different way.

How can one expect to hold up to the pressure of for example:
- Running a Marathon
- competing in a Triathlon
- Skiing 🎿 the Steeps
..or performing at their best (100 percent capacity) under pressure in any area of life when Physiology can't hold up to the Pressure & Stress Test of 2 fingers.

To be Truthful & Honest, they can't.

Yet without knowing their true deficits and weaknesses most continue to try.

We all need appropriate Structure & the Right Ppl surrounding us to keep us True & Honest with ourselves.

Are you truly operating on Reality or just your Perception?

Here, Performing one of a number in a battery of

"Tests of Truth" with my clients.

My 2 percenters know these Tests of Truth are an absolute necessity to hold them In Check with bringing out and sustaining their best.

The Reality:
- Over 95 percent will initially fail this test indicating to me they aren't operating at full capacity and the wont even know it.

Once I identify the deficit, I can then make appropriate correction to bring capacity up to full potential.

Yeah, I've really never been a big fan of conducting my training & conditioning at indoor spin gyms or cross fit type facilities. Certainly I Integrate strength, functional & foundation training into the body of my preparation process.
- The demands required for me even to get to the destinations I love to test myself would never be possible from typical spin & cross fitting I see most involved in.

Not to sound arrogant or disrespectful, everyone has different goals and is at a different place.

At least I hope everyone has goals.

I guess the biggest question is ...

Are you really obtaining them?

How is it going for you in obtaining your goals?
- Professional?
- Health?
- Family?

If you only knew how many ppl per day I see attempting to figure it out on their own it would astound you, especially when it's already been done for you.

You just need to plug in.

Every individual: athlete to executive, start up to seasoned veteran that has worked with me or in my program has always said:

"Wow" "I've never thought of that before."

"No body talks about that stuff"

Well the best in the world do, and I've had the privilege to work with many of the best in the world who've worked with the best in the world.

Certainly if your truly happy where you are that's up to you, but if your looking for a big positive change & to make a difference for 2018, I really encourage you to plug in and get involved in one of our Performance Enhancement Programs.

The first thing which has to be done before one can train & condition optimally is Stabilize the Bodies Communication & Nervous System and Prepare be able to accept the load.

This is probably one if not the most important things I do and start with before anything else with my clients & athletes.

Unfortunately 99 percent of other practitioners, chiropractors, PTs, trainers and coaches miss this or leave this out.

The body had to be Prepared to accept the information if you want to create Healthy Adaptation.

2) Total Disaster.

It's only a matter of time and you won't Out-Run it.

How can they believe they'd be able to Remain Stable to Reap the Rewards in the unstable terrain of the Higher Elevations?

Yet the masses continue to skip the necessary Preparation, Conditioning & Training all the time.

No Heli's or ski Lifts will take you to where the True Rewards lie.

You have to be Willing to Climb.
