Yeah, I've really never been a big fan of conducting my training & conditioning at indoor spin gyms or cross fit type facilities. Certainly I Integrate strength, functional & foundation training into the body of my preparation process.
- The demands required for me even to get to the destinations I love to test myself would never be possible from typical spin & cross fitting I see most involved in.
Not to sound arrogant or disrespectful, everyone has different goals and is at a different place.
At least I hope everyone has goals.
I guess the biggest question is ...
Are you really obtaining them?
How is it going for you in obtaining your goals?
- Professional?
- Health?
- Family?
If you only knew how many ppl per day I see attempting to figure it out on their own it would astound you, especially when it's already been done for you.
You just need to plug in.
Every individual: athlete to executive, start up to seasoned veteran that has worked with me or in my program has always said:
"Wow" "I've never thought of that before."
"No body talks about that stuff"
Well the best in the world do, and I've had the privilege to work with many of the best in the world who've worked with the best in the world.
Certainly if your truly happy where you are that's up to you, but if your looking for a big positive change & to make a difference for 2018, I really encourage you to plug in and get involved in one of our Performance Enhancement Programs.
