🌊 Dr. Amstutz’s vacation read: The Living Language of Water by Veda Austin.

This book dives into the incredible complexity of water, how it holds memory, information, and maybe even emotion. It made me wonder… is it actually the water in our fascia that stores generational information and emotion?

💧 The final takeaway: the way water flows inside us is directly connected to whether our global posture is balanced or not.
