✨ Primary Rhinoplasty Transformation ✨
🦋This beautiful young woman came in for her first rhinoplasty with subtle, natural goals in mind. Before surgery, her nose had a slight curve and crookedness that pushed it to the left, creating asymmetry—especially noticeable from the ¾ view. The tip drooped downward, the right side was slightly lower than the left, and the supratip area contributed to a downward-pointing appearance. 👃🏻

🧑🏻‍⚕️Dr. Sepehr refined and balanced her features by straightening the bridge, lifting and supporting the tip, and creating a graceful angle between the nose and upper lip. The contours are now slimmer and more harmonious—never pointy, just soft and feminine. Her nostril width and previous indentations were also adjusted for improved symmetry and proportion.

🩵There’s still some swelling, but as it continues to settle, her results will only become more delicate and refined—beautifully natural, just as she wished. 💫🩵
