Savory Smashed Yam Power Plate
My everyday fat-loss breakfast that tastes like comfort food, not “diet food.”
Steamed smashed yam, crispy edges from the pan, silky runny eggs, cool tangy cream, chili heat, fresh parsley. Salty, savory, insanely satisfying.
High protein. High volume. Keeps me full for hours. No cravings. No snacking. Just results.
How I make it
Steam 150 g yam → smash → sear until golden → top with 2 sunny eggs + 1 egg on the side or mixed in → add 1 tbsp Kite Hill sour cream → chili flakes + parsley.

Protein: ~22–23 g
Carbs: ~40 g
Fat: ~20 g
