A moment on the mountain can look effortless… but it’s never the whole story. I didn’t start as the skier in this photo. I started as someone who fell, got back up, fell again, and kept choosing the long, slow, humbling path of practice. Mastery is just repetition with a little more grace each time.

As someone who encourages leaders to pause and celebrate their progress, today I’m taking a moment to honor my own. J9 Leading Solutions turns 18 this month. When I launched the business in 2008, I couldn’t have predicted the twists, turns, and growth that would follow. What began with a focus on leadership consulting and training has evolved into a practice centered on executive coaching and team facilitation, work that continues to challenge and inspire me✨

I’m grateful for the clients who have trusted me, the colleaguesand partners who have collaborated with me, and the many lessons that have shaped my approach along the way. Entrepreneurship is never predictable, but it’s been one of the most meaningful journeys of my life. Thank you to everyone who has been part of it😊🙏🏼🤍
