As you develop core strength, you develop stability throughout your entire torso. Sling Body Fitness strives to empower our clients to become independent while promoting cost-effective prevention and treatment. It's easy to churn out reps without engaging our core or using a stronger side to compensate for a weaker one. Over time, the neglected muscles weaken and cannot respond when the brain signals them to move. Each person is an individual and there is a modification for each exercise because the form and alignment must be correct for results to happen immediately and prevent injuries. We are on the cutting edge of Core strength, we combine Pilates with Sling training equipment. Our instructors have comprehensive training on all of the Pilates Apparatus, & Sling Exercise Equipment. The instructors are supportive for individuals with special needs; however they can also challenge the most elite athlete. The Pilates & Redcord Active instructors, and personal trainers, attend yearly continuing education classes and seminars, as required, to bring our clients the best and latest in their field.
