Ever heard of the Dirty Dozen vs Clean Fifteen?

Here’s what it actually means
The Dirty Dozen = produce with higher pesticide residue
If possible, choose organic

The Clean Fifteen = produce with lower residue
You can buy conventional if needed

But here’s the most important part:
Eat your fruits and vegetables.

Don’t let fear stop you from eating healthy.

Even organic produce should still be washed well.

In my clinic, I always say:
It’s not about perfection.
It’s about making better choices when you can.
