Focus on bringing scapulas together and pulling elbows back and downward. Don't squeeze handles to much and keep wrists neutral during movement. Pause at the concentric/end part of the movement and Try to feel your mid-back areas engaging. You should feel fatigue in the middle back area not the arms. Go light and move slowly to learn the correct engagement of the muscles.

Trapezius Massage Therapy

Follow➡️ .pagnanelli model 🙏🏼

Neck pain & Headaches are the most common symptoms when the Traps are over active. Pay close attention to each segment of this muscle as it can hide many active s.

The trapezius has three functional parts: an upper (descending) part which supports the weight of the arm; a middle region (transverse ), which retracts the scapula; and a lower (ascending) part which medially rotates and depresses the scapula.

➡️ Pelvic position will improve Hamstrings activation 👍🏻

When you are in extreme your hamstrings are under more tension or essentially longer. This is why it’s important to Focus your efforts on strengthening and not stretching your hamstrings.

👍🏻 I’m Not saying never stretch just reduce and increase frontal chain flexibility.
