Just another reminder that when it comes to exercise, More is not necessarily better.

The beneficial changes you want to see in your body do not happen *during* the workout. They happen later, *in response to* the workout.

The sun doesn't produce a tan; it merely stimulates your body, which then produces the tan as an adaptation.

Similarly, exercise doesn't directly produce physical benefits; it merely stimulates your body, which then produces the physical benefits as an adaptation.

While ARX is the most effective, most efficient, and safest tool available for delivering the resistance training stimulus, you can apply this principle using any tools you have available.

Stimulate the adaptation, and then focus on great recovery!
