It’s Professor Turner today! Kim had the opportunity to speak to EDUC 100 students at UCI today! These students are studying strategies for tutoring and teacher aiding, and many choose to go on and teach after graduation. Kim’s talk focused on how to approach the classroom with kindness and inclusivity, and how to elevate all aspects of the student. Many thanks to UCI for having us! These kids are in good hands with these emerging minds💙

Consistently reminding ourselves that it is always ok to not be ok, but especially on World Su***de Prevention Day. It takes a great amount of strength, courage, and persistence to face something invisible yet deeply heavy, and we are proud of everyone who shows up to do the work daily. It’s on all of us to break down the stigma, speak openly, and make sure no one feels like they have to fight in silence like Patrick did💙
