Fat grafting is the process of harvesting fat from different areas of the body by way of liposuction, then injecting the pure fat into the areas of the breast that could benefit by a little extra fullness. Add that to a breast lift procedure and you can achieve great shape and a full breast without needing an implant!

Mommy Makeover (breast reduction/lift & full abdominoplasty) 6 months post-op.

This patient came to us wanting to address her breasts and excess abdominal skin after having children. Dr. Cohen performed a breast reduction and breast lift which gave her a smaller, yet still perky breast with the ni**le back to its proper position. He also addressed her abdomen and performed a full tummy tuck. Another beautiful transformation!
