CBMH Williamsburg is scheduled for commercial porting with AT&T tomorrow (08 August 2024) @ 11AM. What this means to you is that incoming calls will be impacted during the transition, all phone services will be totally operational Friday 9 August.

CBMH Pharmacy is open and currently processing prescriptions in a degraded status through a manual procedure. Due to continued network outage, there will be extended delays in processing times. Pharmacy personnel are prioritizing ACUTE/URGENT prescriptions followed by routine prescriptions. For new and refill routine prescriptions, patients can expect 3-5 day turnaround time.

It is unknown at this time when the issue will be resolved. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.
