In celebration of Long-Term Care Administrator’s Week, we are on Stacy H. Guzik, MSM, LNHA/ Administrator, for her outstanding leadership and unwavering commitment to resident-centered care.

Stacy has led the team at Atlantic View Post Acute since January 2025 and has been a licensed Nursing Home Administrator since 2011. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Accounting from St. Leo University and a Master’s in Management with a concentration in Healthcare Administration from Troy University.

Stacy believes in leading by example—being present, consistent, and deeply engaged with both residents and staff. She proudly shares that this is one of the best facilities she has ever been a part of. She credits the community’s strong mission and vision with fostering a positive culture for residents and team members alike.

Her daily mentality is simple yet powerful: “We are all in this together, and we lead with compassion.” One of her favorite quotes is, “Patient satisfaction begins and ends with compassion.” Stacy believes that if we lack compassion for what we do every day, we miss some of the greatest moments—not only in our residents’ lives, but in our own as well.

This February, our dedicated team proudly wears red for American Heart Health.

Introducing Stacy Guzik, our dedicated Administrator, who wears red for a childhood friend who experienced sudden cardiac arrest six years ago.

After extensive time in the hospital and a lot of rehabilitation, Stacy is happy to share that her friend has recovered and is doing amazing. She wears red to honor her friend’s journey and the importance of heart health.

She is currently caring for her father, who was diagnosed with congestive heart failure in 2015. Wearing red is a meaningful way for Tiesha to honor her family and emphasize the importance of heart health.
