Recovering by Numbers, LLC is a rapidly- growing provider for substance abuse outpatient treatment. We are seeking a compassionate, organized and professional that is in need of substance abuse supervision. Substance Abuse Intern will to provide group counseling and individual counseling sessions to the residents of Hampton Roads, Virginia under the direct supervision. Counselors are responsible for gathering information, documenting problems and establishing treatment plans in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
*Completing assessments, ISP's, progress notes and other necessary paperwork associated with managing a caseload.
*Providing individual and group counseling using Evidence Based Practices as needed.
*Assisting clients with defining and achieving realistic goals.
*Ensuring Client confidentiality
*Contributing to the ongoing assessment and treatment planning process though participation in daily reports, case reviews, and treatment team meetings.
*Good problem solving skills and analytical abilities
*Proficient written and verbal skills with clinical documentation.
Requirements:

*Bachelor's degree in social science, psychology, social work, counseling or human services related field
*Must have a valid driver's license and Virginia liability insurance
*CSAC
*1 year of substance abuse counseling/ case management
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $25.00 /hour
