Good Morning!!

Anyone who knows me knows I move around ALOT! I currently live in KCMO and a couple of days ago a 16 year old Black boy, Ralph Yarl was shot in the head twice when he went to the wrong house trying to pick up his younger siblings. The man told him not to come back there again and shot him in the head. He then opened the door and shot the boy again after he had already fallen down.

This is so disturbing but it wasn't the part that disturbed me most. It was the response of the neighbors!! "We look out for each other!" So, they look at for each other even if that involves attempted murder or murder????? I was so disgusted and that is the only way I can describe how I felt. I mean, this happened less than 10 minutes from where I live but this is not an isolated sentiment or event!

Thankfully, Ralph lived!!!!

Initially, the shooter was released after a 24 hour hold???!!!! This just highlights so much about what needs to change in our World. I had to take this into meditation to understand how change can be brought about to a nation that refuses to change on a whole. We have seen shifts and there are so many amazing people in our nation but it does get overshadowed by the evil, low vibe energies still present.

I had to remind myself that the only way we can change anything here is if there is a change in the HEARTS of people!! It starts on an individual level!! It starts with being real about our feelings!! It is my true belief that the only way a person can be capable of such acts is if they have no love for themselves. If they are living in a repeating cycle of self-hate and self-loathing than it makes sense that that would be the energy that they project out into the world.

These systems need to change!!! I am glad to know that charges were finally given but it shouldn't have taken that long!!

There have been many movements towards social justice in our times, the Civil Rights movements, the BLM movement, and more. All of these movements have approached the issues from a systemic perspective. Don't get me wrong they have made major advancements in our country and in the World but the one place that they did not focus on was the BODY.

The Body is where we carry trauma and the world we live in keeps our bodies in a constant state of stress. We carry intergenerational patterns that often run unconsciously there and until we address that in both Black and White bodies, we can't see the changes we really hope for in the World.

In Breaking the Chains we approach Racism and Social Injustice from this perspective. We discuss and work through the deep issues that keep us living in a state of Sympathetic Nervous System activation. We talk about the issues that often are not comfortable to talk about but that need to be talked about!! It's Powerful stuff. Not necessarily easy BUT Powerful!!

My goal is to help people begin to live Authentic and Empowered lives by releasing these past patterns of pain and trauma SO if you are ready to make some MAJOR shifts join us!!

Breaking the Chains 2.0 is HERE!!

We opened the doors for enrollment today and I am SO excited!

Here’s how it works.

Breaking the Chains will now be taught in 3 Levels.

The first level will begin Sunday January 9th and run until March 27th. The sessions will be on Sundays from 5pm to 6:30pm Eastern.

Level One is a 12 week program opening for enrollment TODAY (and is a prerequisite for levels 2 & 3 which will be offered next year.

We’re opening up 25 spots-since this is a LIVE group coaching environment, we can’t accommodate any more.

Karen Curry Parker mentioned Breaking the Chains this past September at the Human Design conference where I provided the Keynote on Healing Ancestral Trauma. We anticipate we’ll sell out of these seats quickly, so if you’d like to join us, please keep a look out for the email.

It feels like I have been away for a while, and I have, lol. The more I lean into my design the more I am learning to honor what my BODY and SPIRIT need and sometimes that is time away from ALL the things social, LOL.⁠

Here we are, at the end of September, it is so crazy and this year has gone by so fast and so slow….Yesss, it feels like it has dragged on but when I look back I can’t believe we are only months away from 2022!!⁠

I was thinking about this Full Moon in Pisces and what it was calling me to reflect on and to share, I was thinking about the Gate it was activating and I just had to laugh.. It is so where I am at RIGHT now in my journey.⁠

This Full Moon occurs at 28’13” Pisces in the Gate 36, the Gate of Exploration in Quantum Human Design™. This Gate is located on the Emotional Solar Plexus and is all about holding onto a vision and staying in the energetic frequency to bring it to reality WHEN THE TIME IS RIGHT!!!! LOL!!⁠

Now, my Conscious South Node is in the Gate 36, my Conscious Mercury is in the Gate 36, I feel like I know what this energy feels like when it is not WAITING!!! Jumping into chaos because things are not happening on MY time! ⁠

Pisces in its high frequency is all about Spirit and connecting to that which is greater than ourselves. Its about going with the flow and letting go. It is not about force or pushing…⁠

When the energy of Gate 36 is not aligned it can dive into opportunities that may not be aligned for us and this leads to a lot of discomfort and crisis. I had to catch myself yesterday because I was ready to do just THAT thing, then this awareness came to me, like nope, don’t do it, all is well, you’ll regret that decision, just WAIT!!!⁠

So, as we bask in the glorious energy of this Full Moon, its beneficial to look at where you may be jumping into things because it feels like it MIGHT be the RIGHT thing or because the things you are doing may not be manifesting at the speed you want. Relax, release the need to push, and go with the COSMIC FLOW! ⁠

This may be one of the MOST exciting things I have seen in Astrocartography!!⁠

Did you know there is a SWEET SPOT and it is likely not connected to what many may think.⁠
⁠
I have been experimenting with this in 2021 and traveling along my lines. I actually accidentally stumbled across mine. When I was there, I couldn't explain what I was feeling, I felt so good in my body, so connected. I mean, I knew I had good aspects in this area and I attributed most of it to being between my Venus/AC line and my Jupiter/DC line, which definitely had something to do with it but this was different!⁠

I had been traveling along these lines up and down the East coast but this place was different and I had to figure out why!!⁠

I mean, every time I went there I cried when I had to leave and when I got back home all I could do was try to figure out how to get back to it!⁠

Added to that was the fact that my husband felt the same way when he was there, what the heck was going on?? ⁠
⁠
Well, we found our SWEET SPOT and YES it is in the US, lol!!⁠
⁠
So what makes a spot particularly sweet you might ask. It is an aspect called a Novile that is made to one of the angles, primarily the Moon or Venus and especially to the IC or the AC.⁠

A novile is an aspect connected to the 9th harmonic and according to the Hindu astrologers it is "to the birth chart as the fruit is to the tree from which it grows." In other words, the ninth harmonic shows the future – what we are headed toward, what we are producing, what we are becoming. It is the goal of our chart.⁠

David Cochrane, developer of Cosmic Patterns states that it is a place that you are so connected to that even if you don't stay at first you will continuously be drawn back until you stay for good!! This has been so accurate for me!! (Me and my hubby both have this aspect here, SO CRAZY, my G-Center gets so happy here, LOL!!)⁠

I just feel so BLESSED and GRATEFUL to be a part of this amazing community that is forming!! There has been so much deep inner work and healing, so much love and support, it is truly hard to believe sometimes!!

I have been experimenting with different things this last year, things I am good at and that I enjoy doing BUT I have NEVER, NEVER done something that I knew deep inside was connected so thoroughly to my PURPOSE!

This is it!!!
