Set a timer and:
🌼 unclench your jaw
🌼 drop your shoulders
🌼 take slow, dramatic deep breaths like you’re in a movie scene

Yes, it feels fake at first. Yes, it still works.

If everything feels like “overwhelmed,” your brain doesn’t know what to do with that.
Try getting specific.
Instead of:
“I’m stressed.”
Try:
“I’m anxious about that meeting.”
“I’m disappointed in how that went.”
“I’m mentally exhausted.”
When you name the emotion, you reduce its intensity.
Clarity creates calm.
