As the new year approaches, I feel deeply called to continue expanding Next Level Massage + Wellness in ways that honor the body, support the nervous system, and allow space for gentle release — without force or expectation.

🌿 Handcrafted Mango Butter Returns
Made in small batches and used in-session, with a limited retail line available for those who feel drawn to it.
Offerings will include:

Each blend is thoughtfully created to nourish the skin while supporting calm, grounding, and restoration.

• 5 mL stock blends for diffusing at home

Each blend carries its own intention — designed to support stillness, grounding, and reflection beyond the treatment room.

A new trio is slowly taking shape and will be introduced in 2026:
• Armor of God- Intention: A mantle of divine protection — steady, rooted, unshakable
• Shield of Faith- intention: A defense rooted in trust — calm in the storm, strength without striving
• Sword of Truth- Truth that cuts clean — illuminating and freeing

These blends are being developed with intention and care, reflecting strength, protection, and clarity — created to be experienced first, not rushed.

🕊️ A Quiet Moment at the End of Session
For those who feel drawn to it, a simple option will be available after your massage — a private, self-guided moment where anything that surfaced and no longer needs to be carried can be written down and allowed to dissolve.
Nothing is shared. Nothing is guided. Just a visual affirmation of release, if and only if it feels right.

🌿 Detox Foot Soak & Massage Ritual
A warm water foot soak prepared with mineral salts and herbs in a copper bowl — grounding, calming, and deeply restorative.
This is followed by a spikenard-infused oil massage to the feet and calves, encouraging relaxation, circulation, and a sense of being supported and settled.

These additions are being created slowly and intentionally — not to add more, but to offer what feels aligned.
2026 feels like a season of gentler care, deeper presence, and quiet renewal.

✨Intake & Consent Form Reminder 2026✨

For your convenience and to allow sessions to begin on time, intake and consent forms are sent digitally two (2) days prior to your scheduled appointment.

We kindly ask that all forms be completed before your appointment whenever possible.
If digital forms are not completed in advance, a physical copy will be provided upon arrival and must be completed before the massage begins.

Please note that completing forms in person may take time away from your scheduled session, as we must keep appointments running on time for all clients.

✨Late Arrival & Cancellation Policy 2026✨

To ensure a smooth schedule and respect all clients’ appointment times, arriving 5 minutes or more past your scheduled appointment time is considered late.

If you arrive late, your massage session will be shortened to the remaining time available, while the full service price will still apply.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service, which will be emailed and is due upon receipt.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price, and will be emailed.

This policy is crossed posted on the website, and your emailed reminder.

For the comfort, privacy, and safety of our clients and staff, Next Level Massage + Wellness operates by appointment only.
Our main entrance remains locked during sessions to minimize disruption and maintain a peaceful healing environment.

If you would like to schedule an appointment in person, or purchase a gift card, please contact us in advance so we can ensure availability and assist you properly.

Upon arrival for your appointment, if the door is locked please wait in your vehicle. Your therapist will text you when they are ready to welcome you inside.

Please do not knock on the door, as knocking can disrupt ongoing services.

This policy allows us to give each client our full presence and care while maintaining a safe and serene space for everyone.

✨Motivational Monday✨
When two candles sit side by side, and one is already lit, something beautiful happens.
The flame doesn’t lose anything by sharing its fire — it simply leans in, and the other candle is illuminated.
And somehow, the original light shines even brighter.

That’s how encouragement works.
That’s how presence works.
That’s how love, kindness, and faith move through people.

We aren’t meant to dim ourselves to protect our light.
We’re meant to share it — freely, gently, without fear — trusting that light multiplies when it’s given.

So here’s the thought I keep coming back to…
Wouldn’t it be better if everyone chose to do that for just one person? ✨

Sometimes the Holy Spirit doesn’t shout — it whispers.

Last week, in a quiet moment of doubt, I found myself asking, “What am I doing?”
That heavy, unsure feeling crept in… and then I looked up.

A cross in the sky.
Yes, formed by airplane lines — but the timing felt too intentional to ignore. Timing just right, I had to take a picture.

Little signs don’t always come wrapped in miracles. Sometimes they appear right when your heart needs reassurance most — reminding you that you’re not alone, not unseen, and not off course.

Faith often meets us in the ordinary… and somehow makes it holy. 🤍✝️

He’s with you — even in the subtle moments.

🌲 The Shelter 🌲

Once Inner Grace and Anointed came together, the story between them felt beautiful — but incomplete.
There was a missing voice… a missing feeling.

I kept sensing,
“I need a blend that feels like comfort… like being grounded in the storm… like everything is going to be okay.”

And instantly, I knew the setting:
A forest.
Damp. Sweet. Earthy.
A place where the storm is real, but you feel sheltered beneath the trees.

That’s where Forest Prayer came from.

I wanted the aroma of wet earth and safety…
the scent of being covered,
held,
protected,
resting while the storm passes.

Using oils that feel like prayer:
🌲 Black spruce
🌲 Silver fir
🌾 Vetiver
🌿 Cypress

Together they created something ancient, grounding, and deeply reassuring —
the scent of calm rising in the middle of a storm.

Forest Prayer — the shelter.
The reminder that even in the hardest moments,
you are covered,
you are held,
and in time,
you will be okay.

✨ The Sacred ✨

Part 2

After Inner Grace, my heart felt open in a new way — tender, curious. It drew me back to the Bible, to the essential oils of Scripture, and to a desire I didn’t expect:

“What would the aroma of Jesus feel like?”

Not as a perfume…
but as a presence.

I began with the biblical oils:
✨ Frankincense — truth, breath, holiness
✨ Myrrh — deep healing, surrender
✨ Spikenard — devotion poured out

Then came the heart oils —
🌹 Rose and orris root — tenderness, emotional communion, devotion

I added vanilla CO₂ because it carried memories; a familiar scent. The familiar reminder that God was present even then.

And finally, the grounding woods —
🌲 Black pine, cypress, cedar — honoring Jesus the carpenter.

When the blend settled, something inside me knew:
This is Anointed.

Not because I made it perfectly,
but because it felt given.
A whisper, a presence, a sacredness.

This Is Anointed — whole, complete, devoted.
A blend that carries the fragrance of worship and the tenderness of being held.

🌿 Inner Grace: An Aromatic Ministry 🌿

There’s something sacred about the way plants minister to us long before we even realize it…

Early this year, I wanted to start making my own massage lotions and butters, and essential oil diffuser blends to add more sensory input into the massage starting with the olfactory system.

Using our sense of smell to deliver input to the brain to promote a feeling, a change.

Little did I know what was going to happen…

I wanted to find and use essential oils that were special. I didnt want to offer my clients the “regular” brand names that are out there.

Rhododendron was one of those oils for me.
Long before my spiritual journey began, I was reading about its physical properties — a gentle decongestant, a detoxifier, a supporter of the kidneys and adrenals. But then I read something that stopped me:

“Rhododendron elicits hope.”

Hope.

I remember thinking, That’s what Jesus does.
Even then, I didn’t know how much that simple line would shape the way I blend and massage today.

When I created Inner Grace, rhododendron and black spruce became the shining stars. I created a blend that softened the heart, calmed the inner walls, and invited a kinder relationship with oneself. A true “heart-softening, self-love” oil.

And honestly… I felt it before I ever offered it in my practice.

I remember sitting with the blend and suddenly noticing,
“I feel different. Not as guarded. I feel a softness inside…”
And I wondered — did an oil truly do what it said it could do?

But now I understand:
This is the quiet ministry of aroma.
The way God uses creation — plants, resins, trees — to reach places in us that words can’t touch, and thats how He worked through me to start my journey with Him.

Inner Grace wasn’t just formulated.
It was revealed.
A blend meant to gently open the heart, restore softness, and whisper hope — the kind that feels like grace settling in.

This is the feeling, an aromatic ministry, one drop at a time. 🕊️
