Autumn schedule update 🍂
Happy Monday and New Moon in Virgo, my rising sign, the Maiden/Mother archetype, and Earth element 🌚
Perhaps this explains why I am being intrinsically pulled to tend to my home, cleanse, declutter, organize, reset. It is coming time to quite literally turn over the soil in my garden as the plants start to fade, bearing their last fruit.
Or perhaps this call to ground is due the tangible seasonal shift, post Equinox with the receding daylight, there is a need to cultivate a supportive sanctuary for the months ahead🍁
Likely it’s both, for that’s how nature and the cosmos and our energy work, in tandem, indisputably connected through frequencies we have yet to intellectually comprehend, but undoubtedly feel 💫
When we experience a seasonal shift we catch a glimpse of the innate wisdom that surrounds us, in nature and the universe, reminding us of the impermanence of our world, asking us to practice aparigraha, non-attachment, for with each cycle we have the opportunity to learn, grow, give, love, and discover more about our being. In these times we benefit from slowing down to notice, appreciate, and consider what the outer shift encourages in our internal environment, it can be time to change up our diet, our movement, and find a routine that invigorates and warms our being as the months get colder and darker.
This Fall on Marlborough street in Newport I’ll be teaching 3 classes each week!
