ICYMI, Alaina and Carly are both around one year postpartum and feeling so motivated to work toward our body comp goals in a sustainable way!!
We’re finally sleeping better, no longer nursing, have more energy, and it truly feels like the right season to lock back into consistent workouts and better lifestyle habits, especially with what we’re putting on our plates. We hired a macro coach and have been LOVING it (shoutout 🙌). She’s helping us lose fat slowly and sustainably in a slight deficit, and we’re already seeing amazing results.
Tracking macros has been such a game changer for accountability, especially making sure we’re actually getting enough protein and fiber, two things we were definitely under-eating when we were just “eating intuitively.”
*It has been a learning curve, though. We’re not perfect, and we definitely don’t hit our macro goals every single day!!! But we keep showing up, doing our best, and stacking small wins!
We can’t wait to keep sharing the meals we’re obsessed with that are helping us reach our goals 🔥
