PART 3 of how I got my kids to sleep through the night in their own beds!

Backstory: My boys who are 4 & 6 have NEVER fell asleep alone or slept through the night until recently. After hitting a breaking point, I came up with a massive plan with CHAT GPT and I stuck with it hard core for 2 weeks.

Please make sure you go back and watch Part 1 & 2 if you haven’t yet. *THE KEY is to implement ALL the tips together* and stick to the plan consistently.

Disclaimer: I’m not a sleep expert. Just a desperate mom who NEEDED a change. This is just what helped MY kids...I know every kid is different.

i’ve always been an intuitive eater, but being pregnant and postpartum back to back allowed a some chaos (and some sneaky habits) to creep in and throw me out of baLaNcE

the back of the simple mills brownie box was none of my business for a while 😅 but now… it is.

i was breastfeeding, had two kids, and truly didn’t have the capacity or desire to track anything and that was right for that phase.

i’m now in a motivated phase where using macros as a temporary check-in has brought those habits into the light so i can troubleshoot, adjust, feel better in my postpartum body, and move toward my goals!!!! - Carly

has anyone else used macros this way? ❤️❤️

we had it all wrong…😅

yes, our healing started with quitting hormonal birth control and learning how to support our cycle health (where are our OGs at!?!?)

…we thought THAT was the work. But it cracked something wideeeee open.

underneath the hormones… we found stress patterns, survival stories, and nervous system wiring we didn’t even know we were carrying. yearrrrs of urgency, vigilance, and a whole lotta DOING instead of just BEING.

…and somewhere along the way, our curiosity went silent because SAFETY in our bodes & brains came first.

this journey for all 3 of us sisters has been less about fixing ourselves physically and more about UNCOVERING WHO WE AUTHENTICALLY ARE (AND ALWAYS HAVE BEEN)!!!!

we’re over here pealing back layers, reewiring those patterns little by little, letting creativity come back, following small interests & hobbies, and allowing rest and joy…without having to EARN it first.

and as we have been working on that for the last 2 years…we’re noticing EVERYTHING shifts and EVERYTHING gets better. our intuition is getting louder, self-partnership is deepening, and our happiness stops feeling absent and starts feeling familiar and constant!

yes….doing the shadow work is messy and slow work. VERY painful at times. deeply intentional. but it’s the kind that changes everything!!!!

Remember, it’s just a phase. and when women heal, they can heal the ENTIRE WORLD ✨

I’ve had bedtime struggles with my 2 older kiddos (ages 4 & 6) for a longgggggggg time. Recently, I just realized how much it’s AGED ME…. no joke.

I teamed up with Chat GBT & this was the plan we came up with together based on my values.

As of last week, this ISH is working. Who knows...maybe they’re just ready now to sleep on their own? OR… maybe it’s the strategy?

Either way, I wanted to share in case it helps any other exhausted mom!!

We are officially running out of reasons why you shouldn’t meal prep these burritos… postpartum or not!!!! BUT lemme tell yaaa having these prepped in the freezer for those early postpartum weeks (like we did) was a complete game changer. Truly!! If you are about to have a baby, tag your husband so he can help make these for you hehehe.
