We are heartbroken to know that food insecurity is being felt so deeply right now.
While we’ve continued to share our unsold bread and pizza with the local food shelter each day, we know it’s simply not enough.

Beginning this Wednesday, if you are an Oregon Trail Card holder, please stop by — we’ll have a loaf of bread for you, every Wednesday.

We bake fresh bread every day, and since I’m the only baker, this will be while supplies last — but it’s one small way I can help the community that has given so much to me.

Cupping is a great way to relax tense muscles, improve circulation, and promote healing of the tissues. It feels especially good in the upper back and shoulder area if you carry a lot of tension there.
