⚡️STRESS⚡️has always been a good reason to seek acupuncture, but nearly everyone these days lists stress as one of their top 3 complaints.

Acupuncture can help regulate your nervous system to help calm fight or flight. Acupuncture cannot remove stress from your life, but it helps your body and mind cope with it better. Coping might look like improved sleep and digestion, calming a racing heart, reducing pain, clearing your mind so you can figure out the next best steps for you.

If you are looking for a way to extend these benefits beyond your treatment, ask for some ear seeds to be placed on calming acupressure points on the ear. You can wear them for up to a week!

As always you can schedule online at www.cccacupuncture.com or call/text 541-265-8455 for an appointment. Openings this week!

Thank you Panini Bakery for caring for our community! 🫂

We are heartbroken to know that food insecurity is being felt so deeply right now.
While we’ve continued to share our unsold bread and pizza with the local food shelter each day, we know it’s simply not enough.

Beginning this Wednesday, if you are an Oregon Trail Card holder, please stop by — we’ll have a loaf of bread for you, every Wednesday.

We bake fresh bread every day, and since I’m the only baker, this will be while supplies last — but it’s one small way I can help the community that has given so much to me.

In the words of our wonderful Linda Yapp, “a whole lot of little makes a lot.”
