ALIGNMENT WITH BETH AT NOON
In an Alignment yoga class, you will learn how to engage and lengthen your muscles in yoga postures to find optimal alignment of your bones and joints. This style of yoga is heavily influenced by the science of kinesiology (the way your body was designed to move).
WARM VIN/YIN YOGA WITH PATTY AT 5:30pm
Heated Vin/Yin is a yoga class that blends a dynamic Vinyasa (Vin) flow to build heat and strength with slow, passive Yin Yoga stretches, with poses held longer to target connective tissues and promote relaxation. The heat from the room and the Vinyasa flow warms the body, which is then followed by deep stretches that are held for several minutes to release tension and encourage a meditative state.
