Since 1998 Summercrest has provided the Dartmouth-Lake Sunapee region quality senior housing options and after its expansion in 2020, Summercrest now has 78 apartments (60 independent living and assisted living, and 18 memory care) and many new amazing features, such as:

• New Café and Market with all-day service
• New reception and information desk
• Expanded activities room
• New game room
• New outdoor patio and seating area
• Sun-filled solarium
• Shared living arrangements for great economic value
