👋 here with one of my all time favs in NKY!

Rekas (sister store to Wyoming Meat Market) is a whole animal butcher and deli that features local meats, and grocery goods that pay homage to Italian origins.

Plus they have one of the best delis around Cincy / NKY 😋 IYKYK about their sandwiches!

We took home some ribeyes and grilled them up and they were sooooo good!

Calling all Pigs!🏃🏻‍♀️🐷 is hosting a Flying Pig training recovery class led by on Sundays in April!

Restore + Flow will be held from 1-2pm on April 12th, 19th, and 26th.

This flow and myofascial release class is ideal for anyone looking to focus on relieving tension in their fascia, muscles and joints.

The class will begin with a 20-30 minute yoga flow to warm up the body and finish with deep stretching techniques with a focus on runners. It’s the perfect way to prep your mind, body and soul for race day!
