Kathleen's work at Pacific Communities Hospital in discharde planning for 10 years, and at Senior Services gave her first hand experience and inside knowledge of the resources on the Oregon Coast. She began her own geriatric nurse care management company, Aging Wisely in 2003. In 2004 Aging Wisely with Heartfelt Hands became the first licensed In-Home Care Agency in Lincoln County.
