Why I created The Rose Center.

I was feeling increasingly lonely—even though I was talking to people all day. Meeting with clients and colleagues isn't the same as real connection and support.

But then I noticed something powerful: my supervision clients consistently thanked me for helping them grow their confidence. And I realized it wasn't just the clinical knowledge. It was the support. It was knowing someone believed in them and had their back.

That's when I knew what I needed to do. I wanted to create spaces where clinicians could support each other and help each other grow in their careers. Because we are stronger together.

The Rose Center exists because I believe every clinician deserves a professional home—a place where you're not alone, where your growth matters, and where your peers have your back.

That's The Garden. That's us.

She almost left the field entirely. 🌱

Not because she wasn't good at her work.

Because she felt completely alone in it.

Then she found The Garden, and something shifted.

"I don't feel alone in this work anymore."

That's not a small thing. For a lot of clinicians, it's everything.

If that sentence hit close to home, come see what's growing here.

One question changes every diagnostic case. 🔍

You've gathered the history. The symptoms fit. You're ready to name it.

Then ask yourself: "What else could this be?"

That pause. that single question. is the difference between a good clinician and a great one.

Differential thinking isn't doubt. It's discipline.

Dr. Jenn teaches exactly this in the Assessment Series. Come learn it with a community that gets it.

She almost left the field. Then something shifted. 🌱

"I stopped feeling alone in my work. My confidence finally clicked."

That's a real Garden member. Real words.

So many clinicians carry the weight of this work quietly, wondering if it's supposed to feel this hard.

It doesn't have to.

The Garden is where that changes. Community, supervision, trainers who actually stay.

That client who 'can't focus' might not have ADHD. 🌿

Anxiety and ADHD look almost identical on the surface.

Both clients are distracted, restless, and struggling to finish tasks.

Here's the question that actually separates them:

"Can you focus when you're calm and interested?"

The ADHD client says no. Even relaxed, the focus isn't there.

The anxious client? Give them a quiet room and a topic they love. They're locked in.

One tiny question. Completely different treatment path.

This is exactly the kind of clinical edge we dig into inside our trainings at The Rose Center. 💡

Here's a truth that might sting a little: seasoned clinicians make MORE mistakes than newer ones.

Why? Because after 10, 15, 20+ years in practice, it's easy to think you've seen it all. You trust your instincts. You don't second-guess yourself. And honestly? Fewer people are questioning your clinical decisions.

That confidence can become a blind spot.

This is exactly why supervision matters—especially for experienced clinicians. Supervision isn't a sign you need help. It's the accountability and fresh perspective that keeps you sharp, catches what you might miss, and prevents costly mistakes.

Your clinical growth doesn't stop at year 5 or year 10. It deepens with the right support.

Ready to invest in your practice? Let's talk about supervision that actually fits your life and your needs.

🦉 That tilted-head moment in a session?

You know the one. Something doesn't quite add up. The diagnosis seems to be there, but then they say something that makes you question it all.

And how do you handle this moment? Do you go with your first diagnosis or do you entertain your instinct? What you don't have is TIME.

How do you pivot?

Sometimes the wisest clinical move is the pause. The tilt. The second look. 🌹
