April is National Stress Awareness Month 💙
Since 1992, this campaign has helped bring attention to the very real impact stress has on both our mental and physical health—and more importantly, what we can do about it.
Stress doesn’t just “go away.” It can show up as headaches, anxiety, trouble sleeping, difficulty concentrating, muscle tension, and even depression. Over time, chronic stress can contribute to serious health issues like high blood pressure, heart disease, and a weakened immune system.
The good news? There are ways to take control:
✨ Prioritize self-care—move your body, eat well, and get enough rest
✨ Set boundaries—protect your time and energy
✨ Stay connected—lean on supportive people in your life
✨ Don’t be afraid to seek help when you need it
Taking small steps each day can make a big difference. Recognize the signs early, take action, and give yourself the care you deserve. 💚
