It’s hard to believe it’s almost December!!

A lot of exciting changes have been happening at Nirvana Wellness. I’m now offering hot stone treatments to my clients as a $10 add-on, as well as planning to do mobile massage in the near future - details will be revealed soon! A regular client recently said to me “I feel like you fixed my back. I don’t know what you did, but it feels so much better. Thank you.”

Part of the mystery of massage is how it works. The best results are almost always achieved when you are relaxed. This is why I spend a lot of time trying to get the muscles to let go and receive the work I am doing before going deeper. Massage is sometimes about patience and persistence. We will get there, I promise you, one step at a time.

Hi all! Sorry for the radio silence… I have been struggling with a virus. I am hoping to return this upcoming week pending that I am feeling better.

This is a good time for a gentle reminder. This time of year there are so many icky things in the air. When you schedule a massage appointment please be conscious of your own health and what you might be bringing to the table (pun intended). LMTs work in close proximity to people and we work very hard to maintain a sanitary enviornment to promote everyone’s wellbeing.

That being said, I am very excited to get back! I will be posting my availability as soon I know I am out of the woods.

Hey everyone!

I hope fall is treating you well! 🍁

Due to work circumstances, I have made the decision to adjust my schedule. I unfortunately will not be seeing clients on Thursday and Friday mornings anymore. With luck, in the future I will be doing massage full time and will have more availability! I appreciate everyone’s patience as I grow my business and I appreciate all of the continued support and encouragement from my very loyal clients and friends.
