Open Enrollment is upon us Nov 1st-Dec 15th. This will be my last enrollment period to help with insurance, I have accepted a new position with RMS. The December 15th deadline has been extended to 3:00am ET Wednesday, December 18th for Marketplace coverage. If you tried to enroll but didn’t finish, there’s still time. This is your last chance to get 2020 health coverage. If you need assistance please contact me, I will be in the office today until 5:30.

We are approaching the final week of Open Enrollment. The last day is Sunday Dec 15th. If you still need to renew your current Marketplace coverage, have questions about your coverage or need to submit a new application for coverage please call or you can also call the front desk to schedule an appointment. I do still have some availability and I will be working some late nights & possibly next Saturday to try and accommodate everyone. Our first few weeks of Open Enrollment has been a success so far!If you have called to make an appointment, I ask for your patience. Each call is VERY important to me and I am returning calls as fast as possible. Please rest assure that I will get back to you as soon as possible! You can also make an appointment through the front desk staff at any Rural Medical.

Remember open enrollment for 2020 ends Dec 15th which is less than a month away. I can also assist you and your family in applying for TNCARE or COVERKIDS and MEDICARE as well.

If you currently have coverage and receive a letter from BCBS stating your premium will change for the 2020 year this is correct, but the amount may not be. Please call me to schedule an appointment to set down and go through your options. If you don’t, there may end up being problems at tax time over the subsidy.

It begins today, Open Enrollment for the Marketplace is Nov 1-Dec 15. If you currently have a plan please call me to schedule an appointment to go over any updates/changes. If you do not have coverage and would like to apply we can do that also. I am currently assisting in Medicare as well, Open Enrollment for Medicare Options ends Dec 7. Lastly if you need help applying for TennCare/CoverKids this can be done at anytime throughout the year. Just a quick reminder, for those of you who have Marketplace coverage you may have been told or received a notice asking to submit documents. Proof of Income, proof of citizenship, etc. There will be a deadline so make sure you either mail these documents or you can contact me to upload them straight to your account.
