My home practice in the playroom/music room/living room while my sweet babe takes his morning snooze 🙏
Grateful to be shifting into a daily rhythm that holds space for a morning practice amidst the toys and instruments.
The ways that yoga has supported me through my postpartum era up to now, from prayer and chanting, finding breath and stillness, to once again enjoying movement and flow in my body, are immeasurable.
The connection and nervous system regulation that taking the time (even a short bit) provides, is enough of a reminder to keep showing up on my mat.
Motherhood is making each moment count, and getting in all the juicy shoulders stretches 😮💨
