Kats Dynamic Bodywork is where clients can experience many ways to change the shape of their bodies, release stress and overwhelm from their nervous system, and move and perform better w strength through flexibility. Your alignment within yourself starts to shift through your body, mind, and soul through services that I offer; manual therapy, sound and crystal healing, intuitive coaching with card readings and functional Movement coaching. You start to transform your body by reshaping your connective tissue by letting go of painful, stressed areas where trauma lives within your body. You improve stability and being centered and grounded as you continue to release stress and overwhelm from your nervous system. You may start to notice while moving everyday that it feels easier and more comfortable muscle while improving your alignment and posture you can gain more ease and efficiency overall in your day to day movements. Your become aware of how our movements can change to improve your goals w health and wellness. Start living a healthy, happier, more comfortable life. Improve energy and well-being.
