The days may be getting shorter 🥲 but we made the most of a gorgeous Friday afternoon out on the trails at the Norman Bird Sanctuary 🍂 We love drinking in the natural beauty and cultural richness that surrounds us ... and everything's better when you share it with friends! 🥰 Many thanks to the NBS team for welcoming us and taking such good care of one of our favorite Aquidneck Island treasures! ❤️

What's better than cooking and sharing a fabulous autumnal feast with friends?🥰 A bizillion thanks to our friend Beth Winthrop, nutrition expert and chef extraordinaire, for stopping by recently to talk about healthy menu choices and lead us in a hands-on culinary adventure involving delicious ratatouille, a scrumptious pomegranate dessert, and other surprises. 🍅We learned. We laughed. We chopped, stirred, and sauteed. We devoured! And we tasted lots of new things along the way. 😎 Beth, a faculty member at URI, brings extensive content knowledge and mad teaching skills - honed over a distinguished career in health care and education - to our RISSAKitchen project, which is generously funded by the John E.
