This past Friday, Tina and Robyn had an amazing time at the Galentine’s Designer Bag Bingo at Harmony at Glasgow! 👜🎀

Nothing better than a night filled with community, laughter, and a little designer bag excitement! 💕 We love showing up, supporting local events, and connecting with such an amazing group of women.

Today is National Shut-In Visitation Day 🤍

A day to remember those who may be homebound, isolated, or unable to get out and connect with others as easily.

Something as simple as a visit, a phone call, or even a small act of kindness can brighten someone’s entire day. Many seniors and individuals receiving care spend long hours alone — and companionship truly matters.

At CarpeVITA Home Care, we understand that care is more than assistance with daily tasks. It’s about connection, dignity, and making sure no one feels forgotten.

If you have a loved one who could benefit from compassionate companionship and support at home, we’re here to help.

Let’s continue to show up for our community — today and every day. 💙

Enjoy LIFE!!! Leave the Care to Us.

Robyn Sharp Mooney started CarpeVITA Home Care in Delaware in 2011 out of need that she saw in the community and with her own family & friends.

She retired from Christiana Imaging Center’s MRI Department after 10 years to own her own business. She purchased Hansel & Gretel in 1999, a long established high-end children’s clothing boutique in North Wilmington. Robyn ran the store for nearly 4 years, however, after an unfortunate car accident, she could no longer run the day-to-day operations, and she sold the store in 2002. After taking a few years to recover from the extensive injuries she sustained in the accident, Robyn began working as office management/salon coordinator at a local boutique hair and nail salon. It is there that her interest in the Home Health Care business began after the owner and her sister were diagnosed with brain cancer. Around the same time, Robyn’s father was diagnosed with tongue and colon cancer and she took a primary role in the care of her father during his battle with the disease. It was then when Robyn realized that there was a need in the community for an affordable and flexible option for those in need of some help with their loved ones. Her father in law became her first client, he was battling Parkinson’s Disease. Since then, Robyn has grown her small business from her home office to helping hundreds of families and now employs more than 125 Home Health Aides.

Robyn loves helping people and has always taken an active role in her community, volunteering for many organizations and has served as past President of the Board of Directors for Moms House in Wilmington, DE, where she served for nearly 10 years. She also sits on the Board of Directors for the Delaware Association for Home and Community Care of DE.

Robyn married her high school sweetheart, has three grown children, three grandsons and has been a Delaware resident her entire life.
