A Pilates flow designed to enhance strength and stability, followed by deep stretches to help you relax and restore. All levels are welcome. After our invigorating class, stay for a social gathering where you can connect with fellow participants over some light refreshments.

Happy Fall yogis!

We are thrilled to welcome our new members and participants to our yoga studio! Thank you for choosing to join our community, where we strive to create a supportive and nurturing environment for all our yogis. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, we’re excited to have you with us on this journey.
As you settle in, we’d like to provide a quick refresher on our studio etiquette to ensure a comfortable experience for everyone:
• Shoes: Please remember to remove your shoes before entering the practice areas. You can store your shoes in the cubbies provided.
• Cell Phones: We kindly ask that you turn off your phone ringer and store your devices in the cubbies as well. To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, please refrain from taking videos during classes.
• Water and Mats: Don’t forget to bring your own water bottle and yoga mat. Staying hydrated and comfortable is key to enjoying your practice!
• Class Timeliness: Arriving a few minutes before class starts can help you settle in. Once class begins, we ask that you remain present and do not leave during savasana (the final relaxation pose).
We’re also excited to introduce a new class time to the schedule! Starting October 3, join ME for our Deep Stretch class Friday at 9 AM. This class is perfect for enhancing flexibility and relaxation, and we look forward to seeing you there!
Finally, let’s take a moment to celebrate our wonderful instructors, Alicia and Ary, who have both completed their 500-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher training. Congratulations to them for their hard work and dedication! Alicia teaches Thursday Gentle at 4:30P and Sunday Warm Flow + Stretch at 6P. Ary teaches Thursday Flow + Stretch at 6P.

🌟 Exciting News for Your Monday Evening Routine! 🌟

We’re thrilled to announce a new class time for Flow + Stretch that you won’t want to miss! This class is a heated, all levels class designed to help you learn proper alignment and pranayama (breath control). Expect a whole body strengthening practice including sun salutations, standing asanas (posture/pose), simple arm balances, core strengthening, backbends, ending with deeper stretches for a complete practice making it the perfect way to unwind after a busy day.

But that’s not all! We also encourage you to stay and extend your reset with our next class, Deep Stretch with Bri at 6p. Deep Stretch focuses on releasing tension and promoting deeper relaxation, ensuring that your Monday evening ends on a tranquil note.

Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just starting, Flow + Stretch and Deep Stretch offer something for everyone. Come recharge your mind and body, and set a positive tone for the week ahead.
