The holidays are meant for joy — not stress over money. 🎁💳
If gambling is part of your holiday mix, small bets can quickly add up. Here’s how to stay in control:

1️⃣ Set a clear budget for gifts and entertainment — and stick to it.
2️⃣ Limit gambling: Decide your time and money upfront. Only gamble what you can afford to lose.
3️⃣ Watch emotional triggers like stress or loneliness. Step back if you feel tempted.
4️⃣ Find fun alternatives: Social activities, volunteering, or self-care can replace risky habits.

Your presence matters more than your presents. 💛
