Happy hump(Wednesday) day! Speaking of hump, have you ever wondered about the hump on your lower neck to upper back area? People often think that it's due to genetics, but it's not. It's mainly due to poor posture such as looking down too much at electronics, slouching, sleeping on a high pillow, and many other postures that forces your neck to be in a flexion position. How do you correct it? Chiropractic and decompression can help along with home exercises and correcting your posture when you catch yourself looking down too much or slouching. Many people have seen neck adjustments, but not many has seen or experienced manual neck decompression.
