Weather got you feeling achy? Arthritis and inflammation flaring up? Come heal in any of our Red Light AND Infrared Beds! Did you know:

Red light therapy (RLT) and infrared light therapy (ILT) heal aches and pains by employing a process called photobiomodulation (PBM), which targets the body's cells to reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and accelerate tissue repair.

When the specific wavelengths of red (around 630-700 nanometers) and near-infrared (around 700-1200 nanometers) light pe*****te the skin, they trigger several biological responses at the cellular level:
